Neil Collen has many years of experience in the world of mergers and acquisitions and brings his knowledge and skills to every business he works with. His advice and support have been an integral part of many transactions and those with whom he has worked speak highly of his ability to help them find solutions and work through transitions.
After graduating from the University of Durham (UK), Neil took up the family business and was actively involved in the sale of a group of companies internationally. He has lived in Spain since 1985 and has worked in M & A since 1991. He was a founding member of what is now Spain Livingstone and has led many transactions in sectors such as construction products, transportation/logistics, industrial manufacturing, food, and health care, many of which have had an international impact. Neil serves on several Boards of Adminsitration in both Spanish and multinational companies, is part of the faculty of the IE Business School (Madrid), and imparts classes and workshops at conferences.
Ree Gillett, through her years in international schools, brings new ideas and suggestions in keeping with the latest movements in education particularly in the area of teaching for critical thinking and problem-solving. After completing her M.Ed. at the University of New Hampshire in the USA, Ree has had many years of experience at the American School of Valencia, both as teacher and administrator. She gives presentations to teachers as well as students in Spain, the USA, the UK and other countries around the world. Her school visits inspire and motivate teachers to create classrooms where students work together, use critical thinking and problem solve. She has given workshops at conferences and educational centers.
